For 60 years, Galerie Mensing has been offering you the whole world of art - and art has never been as important as it is today.
As a mirror and sign of our own personality, art enriches our lives, it gives us joie de vivre and inspiration and expresses our individuality. Art is the trace of humanity across epochs. A work of art is the trace of a human being across generations. The uniqueness, emotions and enthusiasm remain forever and accompany us every day.
That is why I see it as my most important task as a gallery owner to be on the lookout for outstanding art and special works worldwide, so that I can inspire you in my galleries with unique paintings and sculptures by exceptional artists.
In the portfolio of Galerie Mensing you will find artworks by renowned contemporary artists such as Charles Fazzino, Romero Britto, Craig Alan, Luigi Rocca, Patrick Rubinstein, Ed Heck or Mr. Brainwash, but also classics by Andy Warhol, Tom Wesselmann, Marc Chagall, Joan Miró, Salvador Dalí or Pablo Picasso. In addition, we present exclusive one-of-a-kind works by Tom Boston, Elena Lobanowa, Bram Reijnders, Atelier Lieverse or Guldenstern, which explore the diverse genres and techniques of modern art. In comic art and street art à la Banksy, the focus is often on motifs such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Scrooge, the Peanuts or the Simpsons. But still lifes and breathtaking portraits of icons such as Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, James Dean, Brigitte Bardot or Karl Lagerfeld as well as urban architecture and landscapes also find their place. There are no limits to the choice of motifs. This is particularly evident in 3D art. Sculptures are also an integral part of our galleries in Hamm, Hamburg, Westerland (Sylt), Hanover, Berlin, Frankfurt, Constance, Cologne, Nuremberg, Stuttgart and Palma de Mallorca. Here, classic nudes by Claude Morin, iconic "Circle of Life" by Tolla Inbar, but also candies, donuts, wallclimbers or cats, dogs and hearts by Romero Britto borrowed from Pop Art determine the picture.
